All orders are to be paid through PayPal at the time the order is placed. If you choose to pay with an e-check, please note that your order will not ship until the payment has cleared (usually 3-5 business days). All orders ship via USPS Priority Mail. Please contact me for a shipping quote to ship outside the US. Most items will be shipped with two (2) business days. All packages are shipped with Delivery Confirmation; tracking numbers will be provided upon request. If the tracking says the package was delivered, I cannot be responsible if the buyer does not receive the package.

If for any reason you do not love your 7th & West jewelry, I will gladly accept returns within 3 days of receipt. Jewelry must be returned in unworn condition. Return shipping is buyer's responsibility.
